We will taste five magnificent drams, allowing us to explore various vintages and seasonal releases\u2014comparing Winter Batches and Summer Batches\u2014and concluding with the 15-Year-Old Fife Strength, a bottling that, unlike the others, underwent finishing in ex-PX Sherry casks. It is a journey that offers a close look at the evolution of the Daftmill style, the differences between individual batches, and the influence of time.<\/p>\n
